We realize that life can be very hectic, and our schedules sometimes get disrupted from what we had planned. We understand. If you've scheduled an appointment but are unable to keep it, then let us know as soon as possible, and we'll reschedule it. If you have to move an appointment because of illness, there won't be a charge for same-day rescheduling. Our goal is to help maintain your child’s oral health in every way we can. When you arrive at our office for your child’s appointment, we'll update their medical and dental history if it's been a while since we've seen them. This will help us provide the most accurate treatment possible. If your child has had any issues or any work was done since their last appointment, be sure to let us know. If the appointment is due to a problem that they’re having, please let us know the specifics of the problem so we can formulate the best treatment plan.
