IIsa West, DMD

Dr. Ilsa West is an experienced dentist who specializes in children's dentistry. She is devoted to the oral health of children from birth to adolescence. Dr. West has the training and experience to care for a child's teeth, gums, and mouth as they grow older.

Dr. West achieved her undergraduate degree in Biology at Emory University in 2014. She graduated with her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree and completed her residency in pediatric dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, she achieved awards and scholarships, like the certificate of Merit AAPD Predoctoral Student Award and the Dental Medicine First Professional scholarship. She was a Research Investigator and has published her research in the publication “Pediatric Dentistry” for the university.

Dr. West has volunteer experience and notable achievements. She is part of the Pediatric Dental Club and participated in Give Kids a Smile Day in 2017. She is also a member of the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD), where she volunteered in the Special Olympics Events/Winter Games, Run Shadyside, and Spread the Word to End the Word events.
