Welcome to Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics at London Square, your friendly, affordable dentists
Our friendly team at Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics at London Square looks forward to meeting your family and show you how going to the dentist can be fun! Together, we’ll create a lifetime of healthy habits that will keep your child’s smile beautiful and bright.
Just like it’s important to bring your child to a pediatrician for regular check-ups, it’s important to bring your child to a pediatric dentist. While many general dentists see children, only a pediatric dentist specializes in the unique needs of children ages one to 18. As you can imagine, as a child grows, his smile changes. We’re here for you from the first tooth all the way through braces and wisdom teeth.
We also provide emergency dental care for children in the Miami community. We’re conveniently located in the London Square Shopping Center in the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital medical office building. We understand that accidents can happen, from falling and chipping a tooth to getting struck in the mouth while playing sports. We’re only a phone call away.
We’re always happy to schedule siblings for the same appointment time to make it as easy and convenient as possible for your children to receive the dental care they need.

Your Child’s First Visit to Our Pediatric Dental Office
Our pediatric dentists are very patient, very kind, and they love children. Our office is bright and cheerful. We have movies, books and toys in the waiting room and your child can watch TV while receiving their dental care. Our friendly and compassionate team knows that it can be stressful for children to go to the dentist for the first time, and will take the time to explain in simple, kid-friendly terms what the dentist is going to do and how it will help keep your child’s teeth healthy. We encourage children to hold the toothbrush and floss and some of the other tools we use so that they can see they’re not sharp and won’t hurt.
Small children frequently sit on their parent’s lap for the exam and teeth cleaning. Parents are welcome to come back to the exam area and we’re always happy to share tips on the best way to follow up with brushing and flossing at home. We know some kids stubbornly refuse to open their mouths and can share our years of experience about how to turn daily hygiene into a game with fun songs and silly sayings.
Of course, children love our treasure box! At the end of their visit, they choose a prize for having a great appointment. They also take home a goody bag filled with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.

Braces and Invisalign® Treatment
As your child gets older, his or her smile will change. Our Miami orthodontist looks forward to meeting your child to see how braces or early orthodontic treatment could create a beautiful, healthy smile.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children visit an orthodontist around age seven to spot any problems with jaw development or tooth alignment. Early orthodontic treatment between the ages of six and 10 can help guide the jaw’s growth and ensure new teeth are coming in correctly.
If your child’s smile is less than perfect, it’s not just a cosmetic problem. Food and bacteria can get trapped in crooked teeth, leading to a higher likelihood of cavities and gum disease. Our experienced orthodontist can help fix a variety of problems including:
- Crooked teeth
- Crowded teeth
- Gaps between teeth
- Problems with how the top and bottom teeth fit together
- Jaw alignment problems
There are more choices than ever to straighten teeth. In addition to traditional braces, our orthodontist also provides clear braces, which is a more aesthetic choice because the brackets are tooth-colored and not as noticeable. Plus, our orthodontist is certified in Invisalign clear aligners. Invisalign treatment uses a series of clear, removable retainers to gently guide the teeth into position. Invisalign is often called “invisible braces” because it’s almost impossible to tell that someone is wearing the aligners. It’s a popular choice for older teenagers and adults, especially people who work in retail or do a lot of public speaking, such as corporate executives and teachers.
To find out whether braces or Invisalign treatment could help you or someone you love, call today to schedule a complimentary orthodontic consultation. You’ll leave your first appointment knowing which orthodontic treatment is right for you, how long treatment will take, and how much it will cost. Our team offers several financing options to help you fit the cost of treatment into your monthly budget.
